Yes, because bad grades are rarely a sign of a lack of intelligence. Usually, they stem from poor learning strategies, disorganized self-organization, exam anxiety, or a lack of self-confidence. While traditional tutoring only reinforces subject knowledge, learning coaching addresses the root cause: your child learns how to structure material, how to motivate themselves, and how to remain calm and focused during assignments.

The first concrete changes often become apparent after just one or two sessions: You'll gain a clear daily and weekly structure , a concrete learning plan , and tools to immediately reduce distractions. Instead of sinking into procrastination, you (or your child) will know exactly what the next learning step looks like and how much time it will require. For sustainably established learning routines, targeted time management, and the confident application of stress management techniques in real exam situations, I recommend support for one to three months.

Tutoring merely repeats subject matter. Learning coaching focuses on the foundation: How do I structure learning material? How do I use brain-friendly learning methods to actually retain the material? How do I manage stress before tests and reduce distractions? You (or your child) don't learn subject knowledge for a limited time, but rather tools for your entire school career and university studies or vocational training.

Yes, absolutely non-binding and free of charge. In a Zoom call of approximately 20–30 minutes, we will analyze the current obstacles and discuss which structure and package will bring the fastest success.

Holistic means holistic. Pure memorization or rigid learning techniques often fall short when stress, lack of sleep, limiting beliefs, or inner restlessness block the brain. We view learning as an interplay of brain-friendly methods, mental strength (mindset), stress and nervous system regulation, and appropriate impulses for exercise and everyday nutrition. Only when these factors harmonize does learning transform from a chore into an easier routine – with noticeable enjoyment and visible progress.

My approach combines neuroscientifically grounded teaching methods with tried-and-tested stress and body work – empathetic and respectful. As a trained teacher with several years of experience, I am intimately familiar with the typical pitfalls of feeling overwhelmed in school and university life. I don't offer generic advice, but rather create a tailor-made system that seamlessly integrates into your (or your child's) individual daily routine.

Absolutely. Neurodivergent brains learn differently – not worse. Standard tips from school often don't work here. We develop flexible, low-stimulus strategies and work structures that suit your brain's individual strengths, instead of working against them.
